A veritable institution in the pink city of Toulouse since 1925, this restauranthas fought the passage of time to remain one of the Toulousian's favourite haunts. Symbolic of another area, Le pyreneen is the place to be, especially after the theatre. The chef Jean Claude Gaillard continues to ensure that the food maintains the same high quality as it has for over the last thirty years, and delivers much loved traditionnal dishes such as egg mimosa, pigs feet, kidney's, and calf's head.
